Cool Blades

Sunday, July 13th, 2008

I’ve a passion for Gothic and keep looking for more info. Today, I checked if I could find more info by entering ‘Steel Dragon’ in Google and found this:

Most of us really dig RPGs, especially when it comes to looting. We can discover all sorts of artifacts, potions, buffs and the like, and these things improve our characters stats making him/her more powerful. But what would you say about some real artifacts made of shiny metal? Like these cool blades right here. This one is the Death Stalker. Its solid cast metal construction is designed to reproduce an oversized scorpion. You can grip the metal handle and there you have it a piercing bla

Shinedown - Second Chance

Saturday, July 12th, 2008

People are always asking me to blog more often, well here you go, I looked up some info on ‘Seether’.

The album kicks off with a strident first track (second track actually, I skipped Devour), which is the title track, The Sound of Madness. Id recommend this song for all you headbangers. I love that track that I kept it on rewind for hours and hours (OK, not for the whole day but during my commute to and fro to work today). When the next track kicked in, I thought I unearthed a solid rock album. Second Chance is an awe-inspiring mid-tempo tune that deserves to see the light of the day.

Thursday, July 10th, 2008

In the afternoon I used Technorati to find more information on ‘9th Circle’.. And this is one of the many results I found:

To liven up the then humdrum culture of London urban fashion scene, as told by designers Sofia Prantera and Russell Waterman. They invited Silas Holmes, an enigmatic American and their alter egos, as the creative lead for their new venture, Silas and Maria. With his understanding of urban culture and all that are within modern Americana, Holmes quickly transformed the label into an up-and-comer within the international fashion circle. This year, in commemoration of Silas and Maria (or si

Setting the record straight on Bud Day, and CNN

Sunday, July 6th, 2008

This morning I used Google to find more info on ‘The Offspring’ so I could post it into ‘Gothic Movies’. And this is one of the first results:

Setting the record straight on Bud Day, and CNN CNN’s limited description of Col. Bud Day as a former member of the Swift Boat Veterans prompted Greyhawk to review the record. I knew from reading John McCain’s Faith of My Fathers that McCain shared a cell with Col. Day during part of their captivity in North Vietnam. I also knew that McCain’s experience with Col. Day forged a bond closer than blood. But I had forgotten just about everything else about Bud Day, including the fact that he is a

It doesnt take long for Robinson to get his name in the Memphis paper headlines. Keith Law name drops both Jess Todd and Jaime Garcia as players to watch at the Futures Game. Im more excited about the Futures Game than I am the All Star game being in STL next year. I will definitely be there. The top half of the system excels while the bottom half struggles. 'We Don't Want You to *be* Anorexic, We Just Want You to Look Anorexic'

Thursday, June 26th, 2008

In the afternoon I used Live search to find more information on ‘The Exploited’ so I could post it into ‘Gothic Movies’. And this is one of the many results I found:

Jezebel.com has a tame model called ‘Tatiana’ who writes dispatches from the casting call and catwalk which are funny, often snarky and angry. She has a great piece on the site just now calling for a union for models (I think Erin O’Connor’s already on the case) which features a link to the following gem of a story. ‘The CFDA hosted the “Beauty of Health” event last night to address the never-ending too skinny model problem plaguing fashion. You are reposting this as a partial discussion

The response posted above is from a post I made on the WSN forum. So, I guess I will follow up here to give clarification to the partial bit of info you are posting here. Yes, I have read the transcripts. It was difficult to read because I felt like I was invading Julia and Melissa’s privacy. I know both of them- I like and respect both of them. What you and others, who wish to destroy Julia are constantly forgetting to acknowledge is that Julia made the decision to go to court to secure h
